Ooty: Perched at an altitude of 2286 mts. Ooty was founded
in 1819 by John Sullivan, the former collector of Coimbatore. Visit the
Botanical Gardens, landscaped over 22 hectares and covered with blossoming
trees, shrubs and colorful flowerbeds. Visit the Toda village where the toda
tribe & their art of weaving is preserved.
