PERIYAR: is a game sanctuary spread over 777 sq. km in the
Thekkady district. Spot elephants, bison, spotted deer and sambhar as you
glide down the river in a boat.

Transfer to Kumarakom (119 kms – 3 ½ hrs)
KUMARAKOM: is a quaint resort located on the back waters
of Kerala on the eastern shore of the vembanad lake. Visit the bird
sanctuary to view a variety of water fowl and flocks of migratory birds from
Siberia, which fly into roost. Enjoy a boat ride along the back waters in a
modified "Kettuvallum"- a rice boat. Arrival at Kumarakom, proceed
to the hotel.
