Documents required for applying new passport

For Proof of Address :

Voter ID card Telephone bill Electricity bill or corporation water tax bill Bank pass book/Bank statements signed by the manager Certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head Spouse’s passport copy Parent’s passport copy in case of minors.

For Date of Birth Proof :

Birth Certificate In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births Secondary or Higher Secondary mark sheet or admit card

For Emigration Clearance :

H.S. Certificate B.com Certificate M.com Certificate Incom tax Saral (for last 3years)

Photo requirements :
4 copies color photograph with white background border less
Size- 3.5 x 3.5

Name should be same in all the documents.
