NCS Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading travel agent & tour operator in Eastern India with three offices in Kolkata and two offices at Guwahati – backed by 15 years experience in travel industry.

NCS Travels & Tours started in April 1992 as a partnership firm and later converted into Pvt.Ltd. Company with a authorized capital of Rs 1 crore.

NCS is a full fledged IATA Travel Agency with all the infrastructure, financial background and creditability required. The company has a paid up capital of Rs 75 Lacs.

NCS, is a member of IATA, TAAI and also approved by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
NCS, handles domestic & international air tickets, Visa, Travel Insurance, Passports, Hotel bookings worldwide, domestic & international packages, Eurail etc. It has a online system of Rail Europe for issuing Eurail tickets. Also having Gulliver Travel Associates (GTA) online Hotel booking system for booking hotels worldwide.

NCS is associated with Taj Tours London, for selling their various products.

NCS Holidays, a brochure product was launched in 2001 to promote the various international & domestic packages which consists of around 100 different itineraries worldwide.

NCS was the first in North – East to get a licence from RBI to operate as a Full Fledged Money Changer at its branch office at Guwahati in 2002.

NCS participated in World Travel Mart, London to promote inbound tourism with the West Bengal Government in 2001.

The Directors also went on fam trips to Switzerland twice, Australia, Britain, Malaysia twice, Star Cruise, Myanmar, Dubai sponsored by respective Tourism boards/Airlines for promoting their countries in India.

The latest development being the opening of its new branch under the brand name “NCS Holidays” at City Centre, Salt Lake – one of the finest mall in Kolkata in Mar 2005. And the first of its kind to have travel agency in a shopping mall in Eastern India. The idea behind being to cater the mass people.

NCS opened its fifth branch office in Dispur, the second in Guwahati in May 2006.
NCS recently organized the largest ever group movement of on all India basis to London & Europe of 1000 passengers in August 2006.

NCS Directors are also the Kiwi Specialist & Aussie Specialist certified by the respective Tourism Boards.

NCS Forex started its 2nd branch at City centre, Saltlake for money changing business in Feb 2007.

We, a leading International travel agency arrange all inbound tours / outbound tours for individual and group travellers with tailor made itineraries.

Honeymoon Package
We make tailor made travel packages/itineraries for honeymooners as per their individual requirement for both international travel and domestic destination. The perfect destination for honeymoon are Switzerland, Newzealand, Australia and Singapore, Cruises, Mauritius, etc. outside India and in India, we choose Manali, Simla, Goa, Kodaikonal, Portblair, Kerala, etc.

Hotel Bookings/Packages
We do hotel bookings as well as the packages in all major tourist destination in India and abroad. We have separate department for handling hotel booking and tours.

Airline Ticketing
We do all International and Domestic ticketing, having ticket stock of all International and Domestic airlines like KLM, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Air Sahara etc.We give instant confirmation of seats through our online reservation. We have all trained staffs deputed exclusively for ticketing.

Foreign Exchange
We are full fledge money changers (approved by RBI) deals in all type of foreign currency & travellers cheques for the passenger's under the basic travel quota or business quota.

Visa Services
We arrange all type of Visa for our passengers taking ticket from us. Also we assist the passengers (if require to apply visa personally). We take nominal service charge for the same.

Passport
We are authorized by Regional Passport Office Kolkata. We also apply passports in tatkal scheme and normal application on behalf of our clients.
